Part time - Days
Perform diagnostic breast ultrasound imaging, assist with ultrasound guided interventional procedures and assist radiologists with complete imaging work up. Familiar with all diagnostic imaging approved instrumentation used in ultrasound. Perform mammography when needed. Perform precision ultrasound studies on all patients. Responsible for daily quality control of the ultrasound units. Communicate with Biomed when repairs are needed; communicate such to Coordinator and Director. Manage documentation, data entry and charges for all breast ultrasound procedures. Assist with development of policy and procedures for breast ultrasound. Responsible for daily restocking of ultrasound room. Participates in orientation and training of new employees, students and others as appropriate. Assist with productivity, find work during downtime. Excellent customer service.

Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent. Graduate of accredited school of Radiologic Technology. Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) Required and Registered Technologist Breast Sonography (RTBS) or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Breast (RDMSBR). Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR).
