Mental Health Specialist – Join Social Recovery Center
Social Clubhouse is a well‑established provider of adult mental health partial care services in Springfield, NJ. We are looking for experienced Mental Health Specialists. The Mental Health Specialists are expected to run multiple group sessions during each day of service, provide daily support to the members through various activities and contribute to a program culture that is person‑centered, and committed to a high level of service quality in support of the program members.
Pay Range $21.00/hr – $23.00/hr (base pay)

Responsibilities
Group facilitation: creation of group curriculum in collaboration with other staff members.
Daily/weekly documentation for all services provided.
Coordination of program services in collaboration with Case Managers.
Community escorts with members as needed.
Other responsibilities as assigned by program leadership.
Requirements
All specialists are required to complete training to provide the required group subjects: IMR, Prevocational and Co‑occurring services.
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in psychosocial rehabilitation or mental health services; or possess related life or work experience, such as assuming leadership roles during participation in mental health services or mental health consumer initiatives; or possess one of the following credentials:
Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner
Community Mental Health Associate
