We are seeking a Pharmacist in Charge to lead our pharmacy team in

Nashville, TN

(and

St. Louis, MO

for the listed location). Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring safe and effective delivery of services.

Supervise, train, and mentor pharmacy staff, including technicians and support personnel.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including controlled substances, medication dispensing, and patient privacy laws.

Provide patient consultations, including medication therapy management (MTM), counseling on prescriptions, and advice on over‑the‑counter medications.

Maintain inventory control and ensure proper stocking of medications and supplies.

Handle medication orders, prescriptions, and refills accurately and timely.

Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and satisfaction.

Foster a collaborative work culture among staff and healthcare professionals.

Represent the pharmacy in the community and maintain positive relationships with patients, providers, and stakeholders.

Encourage employee involvement and contribution to the pharmacy’s success.

Pharmacy Hours Monday‑Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution.

Active state pharmacist license in good standing.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist, with preferable supervisory experience.

Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and clinical guidelines.
