Full time, hospital employed, established practice Join multiple physicians and APPs; mentorship available Joint replacement (hip/knee, robotic or anterior approaches). Fracture care, joint aspiration, casting and splinting, total joint replacements, arthroscopy, etc. Robotic-assisted surgery or anterior hip approach credentialing (if applicable) Average patients/day - 25-35 clinic days Standard clinic hours with OR block time and hospital rounding Shared call, one hospital coverage X-ray in office, Athena EMR Developing a joint navigation program Rutherford Orthopedics leads the community in total joint replacements. High volume office, steady referral stream, physicians are tenured, with a positive reputation Compensation
