Position Overview As a Pediatric SLP at Jewels Therapy Clinic, you’ll provide essential therapy services to children from infants to young learners, helping them navigate speech and language development with confidence. You’ll collaborate closely with families and healthcare professionals to create supportive, holistic care experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders in pediatric clients

Create and implement individualized treatment plans

Deliver engaging, effective therapy sessions

Collaborate with families and healthcare providers for continuity of care

Track and document client progress regularly

Provide coaching and resources to families for home success

Stay current with best practices and research in pediatric speech‑language pathology

What We’re Looking For Required

Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology

Active Maryland state licensure (SLP)

Ability to reliably commute to Baltimore, MD

Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language disorders

Excellent communication, assessment, and therapy skills

Preferred

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP)

1+ year pediatric experience

What We Offer Compensation $68,000 - $82,000 per year (Full‑time); $45 - $65 per hour (Part‑time)
