Second Shift
Technician or Technical Specialist
with knowledge, skills, and abilities to support plant maintenance objectives. Responsibilities
Repair and maintain electrical and mechanical systems throughout the manufacturing plant. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities. Learn machine troubleshooting techniques (electrical and mechanical). Apply electrical theory to test and modify developmental or operational electrical machinery, electrical control equipment, and circuitry. Use troubleshooting techniques to repair minor machine conditions under supervision. Learn central systems, their functions, and how they integrate with operations. Monitor and test equipment to identify and diagnose malfunctions using test equipment or software; understand the functional operation of central systems. Repair and rebuild mechanical and electrical components of manufacturing equipment. Read and understand mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic prints; identify parts and explain functions of components. Maintain neat, organized wiring routing and follow workmanship standards when wiring and mounting components. Pull prints, identify and request components. Install, maintain, and repair electromechanical, electrical, and electronic components of machinery and equipment. Ensure operation of machinery by completing preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; follow diagrams, manuals, and specifications; troubleshoot malfunctions. Work safely and in compliance with all Safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures. Qualifications
Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must be 18 years or older. High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred
One to three years of experience with troubleshooting, setup, change-over, maintenance, or repair of CNC equipment and robotics. Why Apply
