What We’re Looking For

Master-level skills in diagnostics, electrical systems, and repairs

At least 5+ years of experience with automotive electrical systems and diagnostics (non-negotiable)

Strong leadership, high attention to detail, and a clean, efficient work ethic

ASE certifications are a plus

Willingness to relocate before starting

Responsibilities

Lead advanced diagnostics and complex repairs with accuracy and confidence

Oversee and support less experienced techs when needed

Perform maintenance and high-level repairs on powertrains, transmissions, suspensions, and electrical systems

Ensure top-tier workmanship, safety, and compliance

Contribute to a positive shop culture focused on continuous improvement
