This role is a full-time role and will be based in our offices in Bucharest, Romania.

Context We are seeking for a Road Design Engineer to ensure the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

About the Role This job will require you to be able to:

Prepare technical design solutions using recognised design tools

Participate in commercial activities including the preparation of technical offers

Work to tight and often changing deadlines

Prepare technical plans and project reports

Provide technical documentation to the Technical Controllers and participate in technical controls

Find solutions to remediate project issues (eg due to technical requirements or time schedules)

Build and manage relationships with clients and partners involved directly or indirectly in the project

Participates and support review and approvals processes, including from sub‑designers

Manage key activities, tasks or projects including delivery to the client

Ensures adherence to quality management procedures

What do we need from you We recognize that each applicant will bring different experience, but the ideal candidate will have:

At least 3 years of proven experience design in road

University degree in CFDP

Experience in technical project management

Good skills in organising, scheduling, planning and co‑ordinating as part of a team

Excellent computer skills in MS Office, AutoCAD, dedicated design software (Civil 3D) & BIM

Flexibility and adaptability, to respond to tender deadlines

Good spoken and written English
