Job Description This role involves manufacturing products in an FDA-regulated environment, including operating basic equipment for reagent filling, packaging, and glassware preparation.

This position is for 2nd shift operations (1:30 pm - 10:30 pm).

Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining the quality system, operating production equipment, filling reagent vials, assembling kits, inspecting finished products, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities:

Learn basic manufacturing operations and work effectively in an FDA environment.

Complete assigned work accurately and on time.

Document activities properly and promptly.

Follow safety policies and procedures.

Participate in training and ensure training is completed on schedule.

Identify and report product defects.

Qualifications

Associates degree or laboratory experience preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and basic math skills.

Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Strong documentation skills.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
