L3Harris Technologies Aerojet Rocketdyne, an L3Harris Technologies company, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician B to join our growing facility in Camden, Arkansas. The Technician will fabricate components and assemble them into advanced solid rocket systems in a cross‑functional team of engineers and technicians. Essential Functions

Full‑scale propellant mixing – prepare materials, perform full‑scale mixing for all production programs, and maintain mix equipment. Mathematical calculations – addition, subtraction, multiplication, division to create acceptable mixes and fill out manufacturing data sheets. Grinding – assemble grinders, grind materials for full‑scale propellant mixes, and weigh material bins to correct weight. Other duties as assigned – AP prep for grinding, bowl plugging for mixing prototype motor casting, development sample preparation, and support of new production initiatives. Work other shifts or overtime as needed. Work from elevated platforms, ascend ladders, and transport 35 lbs. repetitively. Medically cleared to wear a respirator and operate powered industrial vehicle; obtain company license as appropriate. Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years prior related experience, or 2 years post‑secondary/Associate Degree with 2 years related experience. Preferred Additional Skills
