Process Engineer ! Responsibilities:
A highly motivated and self-directed individual with a proven track record of working cross-functionally to design, plan, optimize, and run production processes. Own a specific process from start to finish. Accountability to coordinate and implement small projects and process improvements using the proper work protocol. Experience in production management, production planning, design engineering, and statistical process control methodology (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, TQM, etc.). Education and Experience:
B.S. in Chemical Engineering. 4+ years of relevant industrial experience. Strong project management skills are a must. People management experience is a must. Experience in both batch and continuous production processes. Experience in statistical process control methodology. Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle both large and small projects. Organize/analyze generated data and prepare recommendations based on project requirements. Computer knowledge required including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Minitab, DCS Systems, PI Process Book, etc. Commitment to a strong safety culture.
