Responsibilities

Drive business growth by pursuing new and existing aerospace/defense accounts.

Sell the suite of engineering services offered by the company, including dimensional inspection, reverse engineering, first‑article inspection, production inspection, third‑party validation, and CAD modeling.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers in aerospace and defense organizations.

Collaborate with engineering teams to prepare proposals and support project acceptance.

Negotiate and secure NDAs, purchase orders, and long‑term contracts.

Deliver proposals and secure purchase orders.

Travel within your area of responsibility.

Perform all other sales and account support related duties as needed.

Requirements

Associate’s Degree or equivalent industry experience; Bachelor’s Degree a plus.

Outside sales experience. Knowledge of inspection processes, manufacturing, or engineering services preferred. Candidate must disclose any non‑disclosure or non‑compete agreements that are currently in effect.

Strong technical communication and consultative selling skills.

Aerospace or Power Generation Industry knowledge required.
