Job Title CNC Maintenance Mechanic
What You’ll Do
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of CNC equipment
Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild mechanical and electrical systems
Diagnose issues using precision measurement and test equipment
Keep detailed service records and ensure machines meet operational standards
Work closely with operations and production staff to minimize downtime
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of hands-on CNC machine maintenance or service experience
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills; electrical knowledge a plus
Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
