Second Shift
Technician or Technical Specialist
with knowledge, skills, and abilities that will serve to carry out the company objectives and the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Repair and maintain electrical and mechanical systems throughout the manufacturing plant. Perform preventative maintenance activities on equipment and facilities.
Learn machine troubleshooting techniques, both electrical and mechanical.
Apply and demonstrate electrical theory and related knowledge to test and modify developmental or operational electrical machinery, electrical control equipment, and circuitry.
Use machine troubleshooting techniques/knowledge to repair minor machine conditions under supervision.
Learn central systems, their functions and how they integrate with operations.
Monitor and test equipment to identify, diagnose, and repair malfunctions using test equipment or software, and applying knowledge of the functional operation of central systems.
Repair and rebuild mechanical and electrical components of manufacturing equipment.
Read and understand mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic prints. Identify parts/components of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and explain functions of components.
Maintain neat, organized routing of wiring and follow standards of good workmanship when routing wiring and mounting components.
Pull prints, identify and request components.
Install, maintain, and repair electromechanical, electrical, and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
Work in a safe, responsible manner complying with all Safety and Lockout/Tagout Procedures.
Experience / Requirements Required:
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Must be 18 years or older.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
One to three years experience with troubleshooting, set-up, change-over, maintenance, or repair of CNC equipment and robotics.
