Company Description The Cassady Company, Inc. has provided engineering services to municipalities, counties, and water and sewer boards for 30 years. The company's success is rooted in Client Commitment, Quality Engineering, a Dedicated Staff of professionals, and strong client relationships. Our primary focus is infrastructure assessment and design for water supply, water treatment, water distribution, sewer collection, wastewater treatment, and stormwater management. We offer project management from conception to completion, encompassing system evaluation, alternative design comparisons, financial analysis, funding research, design, permitting, construction administration and observation, start-up, close out, and warranty coordination.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Northport, Alabama (Tuscaloosa County) for a Civil Engineer. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to infrastructure assessment and design, including water supply, water treatment, water distribution, sewer collection, wastewater treatment, and stormwater management. Responsibilities also include project management from conception to completion, such as system evaluation, alternative design comparisons, financial analysis, funding research, design, permitting, construction administration and observation, start-up, close out, and warranty coordination.
Qualifications
Experience in Engineering, Water Supply, and Water Treatment
Proficiency in Stormwater Management and Wastewater Treatment
Strong Project Management Skills
Excellent Communication and Teamwork Abilities
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or Related Field
Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure is , but not required
Experience in the Public Sector is a Plus
