Manufacturing / Process Engineer
to lead process development and optimization across welding, fabrication, and paint operations. In this role, you’ll collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to improve efficiency, ensure quality, and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities
Design, document, and standardize processes for welding, fabrication, and painting operations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance throughput and reduce waste.
Troubleshoot daily production and equipment issues.
Develop and maintain process control documentation (SOPs, PFMEAs, work instructions).
Specify and implement new equipment, tooling, and fixtures for improved efficiency and safety.
Support quality and compliance with AWS, ISO, and environmental standards.
Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects.
Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive data-based improvements and monitor KPIs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
3+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering with project management exposure.
Familiarity with welding, metal fabrication, and painting/coating operations.
Experience with ISO9001/AS9100 quality systems.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency with CAD software (CATIA, NX) and process analysis tools.
Office and manufacturing floor setting with occasional travel ( If you’re a detail‑oriented engineer with a passion for process optimization and continuous improvement, we’d love to connect!
