You have 10+ years of Estimating/ Preconstruction experience Ability to estimate $50Mil construction projects Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field Proficiency with estimating software, take-off software (On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam), and MS Office suite Ability to manage multiple estimates and bids at any given time Seniority level
