Overview

Erie Home is seeking an Installation Manager to lead and coordinate installation projects. You will drive successful project execution, ensure installations meet high standards, customer expectations, and budget goals. The role involves directing install partners and their teams, providing daily guidance, and overseeing the full installation process with the backing of weekly pay, a company vehicle, and corporate support. Responsibilities

Oversee the installation process – from scheduling to final walkthrough Manage all employee labor force – ensure projects stay on track and safety measures are met Confirm contract obligations – maintain transparency and customer trust Deliver top-tier customer service – act as the main point of contact for homeowners Manage materials, labor, and expenses – control costs without sacrificing quality Ensure on-time payments and follow-ups – keep jobs under 30 days Daily use of Salesforce with on-time data entry and usage Fleet management of all trucks assigned to the office Requirements

Proven leadership in installation, construction, project management, or a similar role Knowledge of basement waterproofing and foundation is beneficial 2+ years of experience supervising on-site construction personnel Typical work hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility during peak periods A valid driver\'s license with a clean record required Experience with Office 365, Salesforce, or other CRM software is helpful Ability to lift up to 65 lbs Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr – $90,000.00/yr Earn Over $90,000 Annually – base salary starting at $60,000 to $68,000 plus bonuses Weekly pay and production-based bonuses Company vehicle, gas card, and easy pass – company-provided truck W-2 employee benefits – medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays – 2 weeks vacation (pro-rated first year) and paid holidays Exclusive military benefits – tenure-based bonuses up to $5,000 and annual veteran appreciation retreat Equal Opportunity
