A little about this position: Assist the Engineering Manager in operating the Engineering Department, managing the business affairs of the Homeowner's Association, and overseeing operations, maintenance, and repair of common areas. Perform maintenance management services for Rental Program owners. Help achieve guest and employee satisfaction scores and financial results. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years of trade school in building maintenance or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of experience in building maintenance. Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills. Professional communication skills to interact with all management levels. Proficiency in standard operating systems and quick learner of new software. Hourly pay rate: $24.84 to $29.51 Working in California's iconic mountains is a dream, and we want to help you achieve it.
