PRS is looking for a hands-on professional to join our team at the East St. Louis Roselake rail terminal—where reliability meets opportunity in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Why You’ll Want to Work with PRS: Competitive Pay: Earn $70K–$90K/year ($30–$36/hour based on experience + overtime potential). Strong Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off after 90 days, and annual raises. Day Shift: Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend call-ins. Diagnose and repair forklifts, hostlers, and company vehicles. Maintain air, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems. Perform welding and fabrication. Conduct routine maintenance to keep equipment running at peak performance. Support your team with additional tasks as needed. What You Bring to the Table: 2+ years of mechanical experience, especially in preventive maintenance. Your own tools (we’ll help with a yearly tool allowance!). Confidence working with air, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems. A valid driver’s license. No diploma or GED required—your experience speaks volumes. Requirements: Valid driver’s license.
