WSB . Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr. This range is provided by WSB. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. What You Will Do

Lead and support design of tunnels, shafts, and related underground structures. Perform geotechnical and structural analyses, including ground-structure interaction and lining design. Prepare plans, specifications, and technical reports for municipal tunneling projects. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver creative and constructible solutions. Support clients during the full project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, risk assessments, and construction support. Develop cost estimates, schedules, and technical documentation. Maintain open and effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Stay current with evolving tunneling technologies, codes, and standards. You will also have opportunities to serve as a

technical lead or client manager , representing WSB in high-profile infrastructure programs or projects. What You Will Bring

A Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering (Master’s preferred). Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE), or ability to obtain within six months. 5+ years of experience in tunneling design, underground structures, or related projects. Knowledge of tunneling methods (TBM, SEM/NATM, microtunneling, cut-and-cover, etc.). Experience with design tools such as PLAXIS, FLAC, GeoStudio, or STAAD. Strong technical writing and communication skills. A collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Preferred qualifications

Experience supporting infrastructure projects (water, wastewater, utilities, transportation). Hands-on exposure to construction support and monitoring for tunneling projects. Familiarity with project permitting and funding sources. Who We Are
