$41,600.00/yr - $97,760.00/yr We are Titus-Will Chevrolet in Tacoma/Parkland! Titus-Will is a trusted, family-owned and operated business since 1938. Many of our employees have made a career of working on our team. We are seeking experienced Transmission Technicians looking for a fun, friendly, and professional working environment. Must be self-motivated and have a good attitude towards customers and co-workers. This job requires personal tools and a willingness to learn and grow.
What We Offer
$20.00 - $45.00/flat rate hour depending on experience plus incentives up to $2/hour over existing rate Up to $10,000 signing bonus; depending on experience Hourly bonus increases when hitting objectives Competitive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401-K retirement savings plan eligible after 90 days of employment Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Company-supplied uniforms Paid factory training Paid ASE certifications
Qualifications
2+ years of Transmission Technician/Specialist experience; any make/model experience welcomed! High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive transmissions Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
