The Role Responsible for the operation of all nuclear power-generating equipment, including the nuclear reactor(s), refueling equipment, reactor plant support operations such as fuel handling, radioactive waste disposal, electrical breaker connections to the systems, main turbines, generators, and associated auxiliary equipment. Prepares and reviews engineering plans, analyses, and investigations, monitors reactor plant testing, investigates and resolves testing problems. As Paperwork Assistant Chief Test Engineer – responsible for the technical content and issue of all procedures.
Must Have
Shift Test Engineer (STE) or Inactivation Test Engineer (ITE) Certification
6 years of relevant professional/exempt experience
Nice to Have
This position requires a STE qualification currently in, or ability to qualify in on A4W
Senior STE qualified writer to be the NNS leader for paperwork as defined by the Manual for the Control of Testing and Plant Conditions
