Perform technical design of job (urban design, public space design, land development, recreation projects, etc.) from schematic design through construction document phase Develop design plans for urban planning, park and urban design projects Articulate ideas through hand sketching and delineation Prepare renderings and maps Prepare construction documents Assist in master plan analysis Assist in writing proposals and making technical presentations Research existing land use Perform site analysis Prepare project specifications Research and complete permits as necessary Assist in construction cost estimating Attend various meetings (client, staff, public, etc.) Maintain a safe working environment Qualifications
