You’ve never been satisfied with “good enough.” You want to make an impact, not just manage projects, but change how the world gets built. At Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you’ll do exactly that. You’ll help develop and deliver the factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure that keep communities moving – and do it smarter, safer, and more sustainably than ever before. You’ll work alongside people who think big and act bold – project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists who blend real‑world experience with digital innovation and AI. Together, we’re transforming how capital projects are planned, managed, and executed, creating a better way to build for the future. Because “good enough” builds the past. You’re here to build what’s next, on a team that outperforms every norm.

The Work

You will support and manage change processes for capital construction projects.

You will collaborate with cost and change teams to review and implement proposed changes.

You will maintain and track project change logs, ensuring alignment with leadership and SMEs.

You will participate in regular change management meetings and report key updates to leadership.

You will audit and validate changes to ensure compliance with contracts and project standards.

You will coordinate with project controls to integrate approved changes into cost forecasts and schedules.

You will handle client requests for reports, process improvements, and standardization efforts.

You will use Microsoft tools and OMEGA 360 to manage documentation and project workflows.

You will build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and remain flexible in a dynamic environment.

You will work onsite near Raleigh, NC (remote or hybrid work not available).

Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

With all our roles, there is some in‑person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
