Responsibilities
Process Optimization: Analyze and refine manufacturing processes for enhanced efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma to perpetually elevate our processes.
Process Monitoring & Control: Implement systems to monitor KPIs, identifying and correcting deviations for sustainment.
Project Management: Lead and manage cross‑functional project teams to ensure timely execution of process improvement projects, from planning through to implementation, while adhering to budget, scope, and timeline constraints.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain precise process documentation and provide regular performance reports.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Ensure seamless cooperation across engineering, production, QA, and supply chain teams for process improvements.
Minimum Required Skills / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent experience.
2+ years of relevant experience in process engineering within a manufacturing setting (with degree.
In-depth knowledge of automotive manufacturing process
Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
Skilled in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and related optimization methodologies.
Allen Bradley PLC experience preferred.
Experience with vision systems.
Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
