Highland Solutions LLC Execution of the Planned and Preventative Maintenance schedule. Responsible for Troubleshooting by Applying Critical Thinking skills to Identify, Diagnose and Repair equipment problems. Must be able to Analyze and Understand Blueprints, Schematics, Layout plans and other materials. Demonstrated Knowledge and Skills in Hydraulics, Lubrication, and Mechanical equipment; basic understanding of types of lubricants and application of each. Ensure all work is performed in a timely and safe manner. Maintain all equipment, tools, and workstations. Ability to utilize skills to Improve equipment Optimization and Reliability. Maintain logs, and record labor, materials and equipment used. Effectively Communicate to all Team Members and Management any equipment deficiencies. Meticulous Attention to detail; able to follow instruction both written and verbal. Participate in Breakdown Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Focused Improvement, and 5S projects. Ensure workers adhere to Local, State and Federal Codes and Regulations. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent education; trade school or college preferred. Minimum 3 years relevant work experience as a Millwright/Industrial Mechanic required. One year of In Plant Manufacturing Experience. Ability to work Independently and Utilize Critical Problem Solving and Decision-Making skills to Generate and Implement Solutions throughout the Process. Must maintain Compliance within all LOTO, Confined Space, Hot Work, Working at Heights Policies. OSHA 10 Training and Experience. Experience of MiG and stick welding. Exceptional Mechanical aptitude and willingness to assist in all tasks, jobs, and repairs. Ability to work extended hours to includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work at heights in excess of 80 feet, use man lifts, and work in confined spaces. Ability to work outdoors, rotating shifts, and lift 50 pounds required.
