Full-time, Part-time & Consistent PRN opportunities available.
Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient. Lovely Community – Work with higher functioning residents.
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, PRN.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, No Weekends, No Evenings.

Job Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services to residents Monday to Friday – no evenings or weekends.
Treat residents in their room or in an on-site outpatient clinic; no need to travel to homes outside the building.
Maintain patient-centered approach and collaborate across interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications
Current license as Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license in state of practice.
Previous experience in outpatient preferred.
