$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr Responsibilities

Set up test apparatus and conduct tests of electronic circuit card assemblies, RF circuits and subassembly units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences; lay out and assemble units for production electronic equipment according to designs and specifications. Adjust and calibrate electronic assembly systems as required. Correct malfunctions by making adjustments or replacing parts or components as directed. Use hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties. Determine types of tests to be performed, approve and suggest modifications to testing equipment, and analyze test results to evaluate the performance of products and equipment. Assist engineers in the design and development of test procedures for new products and recommend product improvements or manufacturing modifications. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. Troubleshoot to the component level; utilize schematic diagrams to isolate failures on analog and digital circuitry. Maintain strong knowledge of solid state devices and micro-circuitry. Work in a dynamic production environment and contribute to meeting customer schedules. Proficient in the use of measurement devices including Digital Multi-meters, Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, frequency standards, signal generators, and RF power meters. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications : 1 year of direct experience with testing electronic assemblies. Proficient in component-level troubleshooting of solid state, digital, and RF circuits. Able to use Microsoft Suite and other data collection programs to accurately document maintenance actions. Flying probe/high power test experience. Desired skills

Extensive RF Testing experience. Familiarity with Radar Systems. Typical Minimums

High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional specialized technical training equivalent to a technical Associate degree and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned technical/para-engineering tasks and 1 year of experience. Seniority level
