We are expanding our operations and seeking a hands‑on, results‑driven
Manufacturing & Supply Chain Manager
to oversee production operations, supplier management, and material procurement.
Position Summary The
Manufacturing & Supply Chain Manager
will lead the end‑to‑end production process, from material sourcing and supplier negotiations to manufacturing operations and delivery. You’ll manage teams, processes, and systems ensuring products are built efficiently, on time, and at the highest quality standards. This hybrid role combines manufacturing management, technical procurement, and strategic supply‑chain leadership.
Responsibilities and Duties
Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers for components, materials, and equipment.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times to achieve cost and quality objectives.
Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure purchased items meet design standards.
Conduct supplier performance reviews and audits to ensure reliability and compliance.
Resolve supplier‑related issues impacting production schedules.
Supply Chain & Materials Planning
Oversee material planning, forecasting, and scheduling to align with production needs.
Coordinate with logistics and finance for order fulfillment, payments, and cost control.
Develop and manage supply‑chain risk mitigation and contingency plans.
Implement ERP/MRP systems to track materials, costs, and supplier performance.
Manufacturing Operations
Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for the production of advanced 3D printing equipment.
Continuously evaluate existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to reduce cycle time, minimize waste, and improve throughput.
Collaborate with R&D to ensure manufacturability of new product designs and incorporate process improvements into product development.
Troubleshoot and resolve production‑related issues, including equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, and production delays.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve process‑related problems.
Education and Work Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the US.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production management, or industrial engineering, preferably in a technology‑focused or high‑precision manufacturing environment.
3–5+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or technical sourcing is strongly preferred.
