Locally owned and operating company providing top-quality mechanical repair and maintenance services for trucks, tractors, and heavy equipment. Our team takes pride in keeping our customers’ equipment reliable and ready for work. We’re growing and looking for a motivated Shop Foreman who’s ready to lead from the front, share their expertise, and help build a safe, efficient, and positive work environment. What You’ll Do

As the Shop Foreman, you’ll lead a skilled team of mechanics, ensuring all repairs and maintenance are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You’ll coordinate daily workflow, inspect completed jobs, manage shop resources, and lend a hand with complex repairs when needed. This is a hands‑on leadership role that requires technical skill, organization, and strong communication. Your day-to-day will include:

Scheduling, assigning, and supervising mechanic work orders. Inspecting and testing completed jobs for quality and safety. Training and mentoring team members to improve technical and safety performance. Monitoring tool and part inventories and coordinating with the Parts Manager. Assisting with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and complex repairs. Investigating safety incidents and maintaining compliance with company policies. Communicating with management to ensure accurate billing and workflow tracking. What’s In It for You

4‑6 years of mechanical and supervisory experience in a shop environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to diagnose and repair engines, electrical, and mechanical systems. Knowledge of safety practices and maintenance procedures. High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred). Valid driver’s license; A/C certification a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment. The Musts
