We are seeking a dynamic Maintenance Supervisor to uphold our values of accountability and legendary customer service in all aspects of property maintenance. Job Overview
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee all maintenance activities, manage the maintenance team (as applicable), and maintain strong relationships with residents and vendors to ensure well-maintained properties and exceptional service. Essential Functions
Accountability: Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed promptly, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and inventory. Legendary Customer Service: Lead by example in delivering legendary customer service to residents, respond promptly to maintenance requests and inquiries, establish and maintain positive relationships, and proactively communicate maintenance updates. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the maintenance team, provide guidance, training, and support; delegate tasks effectively and foster a positive, collaborative work environment. Maintenance Operations: Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and renovations; conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards; coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality work. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks for residents and staff. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in apartment maintenance with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on accountability and customer service. Technical proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks. Knowledge of property management software and basic computer skills. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call as needed. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Benefits
