1st Shift Positions - Monday through Friday 5:30 am to 4 pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch (50 hour work week w/ OT).
2nd Shift Positions – Various shift options (4/10 hr days, 5/10 hr days, or 4/12 hr days). (15 % pay differential for 2 shift).
We pay based on skill and experience ($20/hr - $40/hr).

Works from blueprints, work orders, and verbal instructions to produce high quality welds from a variety of exotic metals. May program, set up and operate robotic welding machines.
Responsibilities
Welds metal components to fabricate products, parts or equipment.
Repairs products of parts by straightening or reshaping with or without the use of heat and/or hydraulic equipment.
Achieve or surpass routed standards.
Calculate side lengths and/or angles using trigonometric charts and tables.
Figure flat layout, setup and operate various equipment to form sheet, plate and structural shapes to produce properly sized material.
Qualifications
3-5 years experience in MIG & TIG welding of carbon steel, stainless, Inconel and aluminum.
Ability to run basic fabrication equipment (shear, cut‑off saw, etc.).
Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with robotic weld machines is a plus.
