Location: Hybrid schedule based in either Iowa, Virginia, Denver, Alabama, Nebraska, Illinois, Minnesota, or Wisconsin.
Travel: Occasional travel to job sites and conferences for career development

The Construction Project Manager at Acterra Group plays a pivotal role within our dynamic team, dedicated to overseeing the installation of fuel tanks for critical facilities such as airports and military installations. This role demands a proactive, strategic thinker who can align project management with Acterra Group’s long-term goals and operational strategies. Reporting directly to the Director Commercial Installation, the Construction Project Manager will be instrumental in driving project success, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering sustainable growth. Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the installation projects of fuel tanks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client specifications. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement project strategies. Utilize PMP-certified methodologies to manage project scopes, timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Serve as a primary point of communication, ensuring clear and consistent engagement with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Adapt project plans and approaches to meet evolving needs, focusing on innovative solutions and operational efficiency. Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initial planning to successful execution and final review. Implement and refine operational procedures, driving continuous improvement in project delivery and performance. Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations, particularly in high-stakes environments like airports and military installations. Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within the project management team. Education and Experience
2+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a focus on fuel tank installation or similar industrial projects. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field. PMP certification is highly desirable. Proficient in project management tools and software. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Other Duties
