In this role, you'll apply your automotive skills in a fast-growing industry at the forefront of mobility technology. From routine services to emergency response, your work will directly impact the safety and performance of the company's fleet operations. You’ll ensure vehicles are road-ready through routine maintenance, light repairs, and field support. We’re looking for experienced automotive technicians who are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working around advanced autonomous vehicle technology. The ideal candidates have strong mechanical backgrounds, experience with electric vehicles, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Shift Options 1st Shift: Mon - Fri, 7AM-3PM 2nd Shift: Mon - Fri, 2PM-10PM Weekends: Sat & Sun: 10AM-10PM As An Automotive Technician, You'll Assess and document vehicle damage after road incidents. Perform minor on-site repairs and coordinate major repairs with partner service centers. Conduct regular scheduled maintenance and inspections (brakes, fluids, AC, tires, etc.). Monitor vehicle condition and report potential issues before they become problems. Support field operations by overseeing car evacuations and towing after incidents. Keep the fleet operational and road-ready by transporting vehicles for service appointments, repairs, and car washes. Maintain fleet and shop cleanliness, readiness, and compliance with safety standards Requirements Prior experience as an automotive technician or in a similar mechanical role Strong understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and EV fundamentals Clean driving record and valid Texas driver’s license Ability to work independently and handle fast-changing priorities Detail-oriented and committed to safety and quality Comfortable working around advanced autonomous vehicle technology Prior experience as an EV Technician is highly preferred Experience with ADAS vehicles preferred Benefits Pre-tax commuter benefits Employer (HireArt) subsidized Healthcare Benefits Flexible Spending Account for healthcare-related costs HireArt covers all costs for short- and long-term disability and life insurance 401k package HireArt values diversity and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
