Valid Arizona Physical Therapist license (or compact license eligible) Minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute or rehab setting preferred Current CPR certification Excellent communication and clinical skills Compassionate, team-oriented, and reliable Responsibilities
Develop personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function. Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose patient physical conditions. Achieve and exceed set performance targets and goals. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Stay updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and practices. Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and service quality. Educate patients and families on recovery and prevention strategies. Maintain accurate and timely patient records for compliance and reporting. Utilize data to track and improve treatment outcomes. Contribute to a positive and growth-oriented work environment. Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and strategies. Experience/Qualifications
