We are seeking a dedicated RN - CVOR to join our cardiovascular operating room team in Burlington, VT.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality perioperative care to cardiac surgery patients, ensuring safety and optimal outcomes.
Assist with preoperative assessments, intraoperative procedures, and postoperative recovery.
Collaborate with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and support staff to deliver seamless patient care.
Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards.
Monitor patient vital signs, manage equipment, and respond to intraoperative emergencies.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt in fast‑paced, high‑pressure settings.
Sound knowledge of cardiac perioperative nursing and basic life support.
Valid RN license in VT (or willingness to obtain).
