Overview
As an Electrical Service technician at Radyne, you will work on maintaining and improving cutting-edge high-powered electronics, machine automation and Power Conversion Systems for Industrial Induction systems. Responsibilities include: installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment, troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards.
As an electrical technician/engineer with Radyne, you will rotate through various disciplines, alternating between in-house engineering projects and short duration field engineering/maintenance and service projects.
Responsibilities
PLC Programming
Debug of Systems
Field Service Repair - Industrial Electrical and mechanical inclined equipment, Water Systems, Material handling equipment and Preventative maintenance.
I/O design and Electrical Wiring Design
Electrical Cabinet and Systems Layout work
Project Management
Modeling and Simulation of Electric Power Circuits
Embedded Systems
In-house Product Testing
In-house Repair of customer goods
Qualifications
BS in electrical Engineering or Associate Degree with equivalent experience required.
Familiarity with working on high voltage and high power circuits a plus
Must Know how to use Oscilloscope, Meters, High Voltage Tester.
Must love to travel, up to 50%
Knowledge of and experience troubleshooting Motor controls and Drives a plus
