Process Optimization: Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for solar panel production to improve efficiency, yield, and quality. Equipment Management: Collaborate with the equipment engineering team to evaluate, calibrate, and maintain production equipment for maximum performance. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Process Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process control plans, and work instructions. Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to reduce waste, lower costs, and improve process stability. Quality Assurance: Work closely with the quality team to ensure processes meet quality standards and compliance requirements, including ISO 9001 and other relevant certifications. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with R&D, equipment engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new products and processes into production. Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor junior engineers and operators on best practices and process improvements. New Technology Integration: Evaluate and implement new materials, equipment, and processes to stay ahead in solar panel manufacturing innovation. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, or related field). Experience: 5+ years of experience in process engineering, preferably in solar panel manufacturing or a related industry. Technical Skills: Expertise in manufacturing processes such as lamination, soldering, encapsulation, or module assembly; proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Python) and process simulation software; knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement techniques. Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects effectively. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Problem‑Solving: Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills to address production challenges promptly. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in photovoltaic (PV) module production or renewable energy manufacturing. Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) or Lean Manufacturing. Familiarity with international standards for solar panel production (e.g., IEC, UL).
