Production Associate Overview Provide an exceptional experience for CertaPro Painters’ customers to dramatically differentiate ourselves from our competition and to further ‘Deliver Extraordinary Experiences’.
Fulfill the obligations of the essential functions: Production, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Administration, Safety, and Business Development.
Responsibilities
Offer an exceptional job opportunity for CertaPro Painters’ Job Site Supervisors to differentiate ourselves as the employer of choice in the painting labor workforce.
Provide exceptional support to Job Site Supervisors and build a performance culture among the team.
Service all customers with the objective of meeting their painting needs and building customers for life.
Develop a close working relationship with the Residential Sales Associate and the Office Associate to ensure expectations set with customers are met and best executed.
Develop a recruiting, development, and retention program for Job Site Supervisors and properly onboard them to set them up for production success.
Ensure all field programs and systems are being executed.
Provide ongoing training and inspections related to safety and conduct safety meetings.
Ensure all crews follow OSHA guidelines, EPA Lead Safety guidelines, and maintain required MSDS.
Qualifications and Skills
Current driver’s license (unrestricted) with a clean driving record.
Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, positive demeanor.
Fluency in English; Spanish speaking skills necessary to effectively communicate.
High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
Basic computer skills.
Proven record of setting, meeting, and exceeding goals.
Previous experience in the construction industry preferred but not required.
Results driven and meticulous.
Compensation and Location Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 per year (base salary plus incentives).
Location: New York, NY.
