Phantom Works Proprietary Structural Analysis Engineer (Associate, Experienced, Senior) Join Boeing’s Phantom Works division to contribute to advanced aircraft development programs in Berkeley, MO. This role focuses on structural analysis, modeling, and testing to support integrated system design.

Position Responsibilities

Develop, integrate, and document structural requirements to establish the system design.

Guide product design and verify structural integrity using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations, and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle.

Coordinate with other engineering groups to establish the product’s environment.

Develop test plans and configurations; support test execution and analyze/reports test results to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications.

Define and document certification and test results to substantiate for customers and regulatory agencies that requirements are satisfied.

Basic Qualifications (Required)

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, Aeronautical).

2+ years related work experience (Level 2) or 5+ years (Level 3) or 9+ years (Level 4) of equivalent experience.

Experience with Finite Element Modeling (FEM) tools (NASTRAN, PATRAN).

Experience with aerospace stress analysis and/or structural analysis.

Active U.S. Top Secret Security/SCI Clearance required (U.S. citizenship).
