Project Manager

The
Project Manager
will lead project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality targets are met. This is a client-facing leadership role ideal for someone experienced in
K-12, municipal, or other public-sector projects
and comfortable managing multi-phase builds. Key Responsibilities
Lead all phases of project execution, from buyout through completion Manage budgets, subcontracts, and cost forecasts Develop and maintain project schedules and phasing plans Oversee RFIs, submittals, and change order documentation Collaborate with field leadership to drive safety, quality, and productivity Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, and district representatives Mentor APMs and PEs and support professional development Qualifications
6–10 years of commercial construction experience with at least 3 years as a Project Manager Experience managing
K-12 or public projects
strongly preferred Proven track record managing projects $20M–$80M+ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software Excellent communication and organizational skills Why Join
