Essential Job Function & Responsibilities

Regular Project Coordination and Compliance: assist with coordination and resolution of engineering requests for project-based personnel; manage procurement of materials specific to trade requirements in line with project timelines; secure and maintain all necessary permits for the project. Communication and Documentation: ensure effective collaboration with team members; facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party engineers and owners; oversee creation and management of reports and technical documentation; maintain comprehensive records and control over project documents. Operational Support and Quality Management: support superintendents through daily timekeeping and reporting of staff, equipment, and material usage; aid in developing project execution plans, monitoring schedules, and performing quality control checks; conduct regular inspections of ongoing and completed work to uphold quality assurance. Safety Leadership and Environmental Stewardship: champion safety by leading by example; conduct job hazard analyses and advocate for continuous safe behavior; manage environmental compliance by ensuring proper training and certification of field staff. Professional Development and Team Support: develop trade-specific training materials and execute inspection and testing plans; strengthen third-party relationships and meet client expectations; set a positive example in safety and quality for team members and subcontractors. Attendance and miscellaneous duties: regular attendance as per policy; perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field. Minimum of 4 years work experience (2 years work experience is equivalent to 1 year of education). Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Demonstrated ability to support projects: development, planning, installation, and execution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to travel full-time and fluent in written and spoken English. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Examples of Physical Demands

include stationary work up to 90% of the time, occasional bending and walking, ability to lift up to 10 pounds, and travel up to 100%. Examples of Work Environment
