This role is designated for an
Electrical Planner
responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance and reliability programs for the asset. The ideal candidate will possess
hands-on field experience , a
solid electrical background , and
proficiency with SAP . Plan maintenance and reliability programs for the assigned asset. Create and maintain project and outage plans utilizing planning software. Prioritize work for fast and efficient response, backlog maintenance, and cost control. Develop job packs including all relevant information for job plans. Coordinate the development of work orders and schedules with Operations and Maintenance personnel. Create and manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and multi-year look-ahead schedules for expense and upgrade work. Dispatch work and coordinate manpower availability with supervision. Provide technical support for personnel within CMMS modules. Ensure proper documentation for work orders is in place. Identify material requirements and interface with vendors or supply chain as needed. Assist in developing KPIs and producing reports on schedule compliance and maintenance/inspection regulatory compliance. Analyze deviations, variations, and trends, presenting data graphically where applicable. Request and assist in procedure updates or revisions as required. Recommend and implement training to improve team effectiveness. Support budget development and control as needed. Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs. Education
High School Diploma or GED required. Technical Degree or equivalent training preferred. Experience
Minimum of
5+ years of maintenance experience
utilizing
SAP
in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical facilities. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong working knowledge of
SAP S/4HANA . Proficiency in
Planning, Scheduling, and Execution
best practices. Experience with
Prometheus
preferred. Experience with
Primavera P6
or
Microsoft Project
a plus. Familiarity with scaffolding, painting, insulation, heavy equipment operation, welding, fabrication, and machining work estimation. Experience in
PHMSA-regulated pipeline facilities
preferred. Knowledge of
gas compression and metering equipment
a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster a team environment. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards. Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision. Certifications & Requirements
