Responsibilities

Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose electro‑mechanical problems with equipment, perform installations and repairs as needed.

Customer Interaction: Interact directly with customers to understand concerns, recommend actions, and ensure satisfaction.

Professionalism: Represent the company positively and deliver superior customer service.

Repair Work: Execute repairs efficiently and effectively.

Scheduled Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks and proactively address repairs identified during checks.

Inventory Management: Keep track of parts and supplies inventory in your service van.

Van Maintenance: Keep the service van properly maintained and stocked.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety and housekeeping guidelines when performing repairs at customer sites.

Perform any other duties as assigned to support the company's overall operations.

Requirements All potential hires are subject to pre‑employment checks which include background checks, drug screenings, and motor vehicle record checks.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

High school diploma or equivalent.

1‑3 years of equivalent education, training, and experience in a related field such as maintenance, repair, or installation.

Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and electronic systems; ability to read schematics and technical manuals.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Heavy work involving operation of machinery, power tools, motor vehicles, and heavy equipment. Tasks may require walking, sitting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling and transitioning between work sites. Must frequently lift up to 50 lb, handle up to 25 lb constantly, and occasionally up to 100 lb. Manual dexterity and vision are essential. Work may involve exposure to oil, grease, dirt, extreme temperatures, vibration, chemicals and electric shock. Noise can be moderate to high.

Travel and Schedule Requirements The position requires daily travel to customer sites and occasional overnight travel. Work hours may include overtime, shift work, on‑call duty, weekends, and holidays.
