Brennan This position is responsible for setup and operating CNC production machines to manufacture parts to meet customer orders. Experience preferred. Overtime available! Job Duties:
Maintain production equipment to meet customer orders. Plan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, material specifications, drawings, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting dimensions and tolerances. Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions on equipment. Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs across shifts. Maintain production and quality records. Keep a safe, clean, and organized work area. Skills and Knowledge:
Basic math skills Blueprint reading Basic knowledge of G and M codes Use of various measuring gauges Attention to detail and good communication skills (oral and written) Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 year experience as a CNC machine operator Additional Information:
