Overview

Construction Project Manager - Global Facilities (Northeast Region) supports the Engineer Procure Construct (EPC) Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations from pre-construction through project completion and warranty periods. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing the construction project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, proposals, estimates, documentation turnover, client relations/management, field staff and other duties required to execute EPC and Construction Management projects. Responsibilities

Adhere to company’s safety programs, trainings, and policies, and promote and manage the Safety & Health performance of project team members and subcontractors. Oversee day-to-day construction activities and the successful execution of one or more projects. Participate in project planning, scheduling, estimating, cost development, and establish critical project objectives. Develop and manage client relationships; interface with the client on proposals and project-related items. Participate in project risk reviews and consult with Legal Department as required. Negotiate prime contracts, subcontracts, and change orders. Coordinate the development of the Project Execution Plan and implement sections including safety, quality assurance, subcontracting, staffing, procurement, and organization. Develop staffing plans, onboard project teams, coordinate activities across multiple disciplines, and ensure cost-effective utilization of staff while meeting contractual requirements. Oversee site logistics, mobilization/demobilization, and support implementation; ensure permits are secured as required. Direct and oversee RFP/bid processes; prepare scope of work documents for subcontractors and client contracts; manage bidder development, prequalification, evaluation, and award recommendations. Review, approve and present internal and external reports (budgeting, cash flow, project status). Collaborate with engineering to develop and distribute engineering deliverables per schedule. Develop processes for contract administration (RFI, submittals, change management, closeout, documentation, claims mitigation). Oversee invoicing processes for Prime Contract, subcontractors, and client contractors. Coordinate commissioning/startup activities, project documentation, and ensure compliance with insurance, taxes/duties, licensure, and bonding requirements. Perform project safety, quality, progress, and financial audits; participate in non-conformance reporting when required. Facilitate cost reporting, scheduling, work breakdown structure establishment, project setup/closeout, and field progress tracking for construction activities. Develop and oversee materials receiving and management (inventory control, receipt, storage, transportation). Review contract documents with field staff to verify subcontractor/client compliance with safety, quality, and schedule. Direct project turnover documentation, warranty administration, closeout, and recordkeeping/retention. Provide mentorship and training to interns and junior project staff; give performance feedback as requested. Manage community and building trades relationships; develop and implement project labor agreements as required. Manage staffing, progress measurement, earned value, schedule, change management, and cost metrics. Travel flexibility as required for field assignments. Comply with company policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, and 7 years of relevant project management experience in construction; applicable experience may substitute for degree. Excellent computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control, and project management software preferred. Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail. Ability to handle large volumes of work in a fast-paced environment. Experience on construction projects in industrial, food & beverage, commercial, mission-critical, or related industries preferred. Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. $145,000.00-250,000.00 Yearly The compensation range is compliant with local/state regulations and reflects factors such as education, qualifications, experience, and location. The total package includes base salary and eligibility for discretionary year-end incentive bonus. Location and Schedule

Primary Location: US-CT-Wallingford. Other Locations: US-NJ-Morristown, US-MA-Newton, United States, US-PA-Conshohocken. Schedule: Full-time. Travel: Yes, up to 50% of the time. Additional
