Add On Benefits For Mobile Refuse Vehicle Technician An industry-leading performance-based Technician Incentive pay plan $150 Annual Redwing Boot Program CDL and renewal costs may be covered Sign-on bonuses available Training and certification facilitated, and costs covered Job Responsibilities – Refuse Mobile Vehicle Technician Perform maintenance and repairs on Refuse Vehicles primarily, McNeilus Refuse Trucks Accomplish repairs and perform services as outlined in established technical manuals Perform inspection and repair on vehicle components Understand and follow technical manuals, lube orders, wiring and hydraulic schematics used during scheduled service intervals to ensure proper diagnosis and repair Perform major repair jobs by disassembling and cleaning parts, removing and installing components and assemblies Utilize diagnostic tools (manual and electronic) to assess and evaluate required service/repairs Continued training and certification Required Skills – Refuse Vehicle Technician Factory Certification as a Mobile Vehicle Technician preferred Current Heavy Truck ASE certifications preferred Ability to read, understand and follow technical manuals for proper diagnosis and repair Proficient in the use of a personal computer and basic applications CDL preferred Allegiance Refuse Systems (ARS) #AllegianceRefuse As a proud Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE), Allegiance Trucks does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, age, marital status, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
