We specialize in a wide range of project types such as school and institutional projects, religious temples/churches, office parks and housing developments, hotels/resorts/amusement parks, retail, restaurants, and residential estate planning and design. We are looking for a talented and highly motivated individual to fill a full‑time position that begins immediately.
Qualifications
Must be able to work with a diverse team of design professionals, developers, city staff, contractors, builders, etc.
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's in Landscape Architecture and a minimum of 3–5 years of design experience with another design firm.
Must be a licensed landscape architect or currently pursuing licensure.
Must be proficient in AutoCAD with strong understanding of LandFX preferred.
Proficiency in producing detailed construction drawings is required.
Proficiency with Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, or other 3D and imaging software is preferred.
Proficiency in hand graphics and color rendering techniques is preferred.
Proficiency in creating hand‑drawn and computer‑generated sections, elevations, perspectives, and plan view renderings is preferred.
Proficiency in both verbal and written communication is required.
Proficiency in time management and organizational skills with the ability to verify one's own work with a high level of accuracy is required.
