Construction Manager – Luxury Custom Homes
A leading luxury residential design‑build firm in Tampa Bay is seeking a Construction Manager to join their elite team. The role involves managing the construction of exquisite, high‑end custom homes, ensuring meticulous craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential construction, specifically luxury custom homes.
Manage daily construction operations on multiple high‑end projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of the Florida Building Code, materials, and residential construction practices.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
Interpret architectural and engineering drawings with precision.
Maintain construction schedules, project budgets, and job documentation.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
Collaborate with clients, design teams, and consultants to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
Compensation $90,000 – $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
